Toddl. is the trading name of our business, offering kids' silicone tableware. Our products hold US and EU certifications and are BPA-free, meeting the LFGB certification standard.

All prices displayed on the website is in South African Rand (ZAR) and all transactions will be in South African Rand (ZAR)

2. Whether the Goods are for sale by Toddl. or a Third Party Seller, payment can be made for Goods via –

   1. Card Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard

   2. Credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;

4. Once you have selected your payment method and you accept these Terms and Conditions, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the Goods.

Shipping and Delivery

We've chosen Fastway Couriers as our trusted courier for nationwide delivery in South Africa. Delivery typically takes 2-4 days after dispatch. We charge a flat rate of R85 for nationwide delivery. Spend R950 or more, and you'll qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

​

All goods sold by Toddl. does NOT carry a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product information page.We inspect every product before packing and dispatch to maintain our high quality standards. You may request exchanges and returns within 3 days of delivery. For returns, we'll arrange for our courier to pick up your order, which must be in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued as store credit. Please note that gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Products must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. All orders will be issued with a packing list in your package which authenticates that each item has been checked before shipping.

1. We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.

2. Toddl. shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any third party websites.
